Ethical, professional and competent!

I was referred to Mountain View Garage by a friend. I had bought a vehicle that is pretty close to a lemon. After numerous visits to other mechanics who were happy to take hundreds of dollars to tell me they can’t figure out what is wrong with my car, I figured what the heck. To my delight, these guys (and gal) were phenomenal from the minute I first walked in the door. From the ever accessible owner, to the great office staff and mechanics — they are just good people who you can trust – even if you are like me…all I know about my car is that it is silver and has a sun roof. :-) They are so worth the drive from Highlands Ranch for me!

Very Happy with work done on my car

I was recommended to Mountain View Garage and I am very happy with the work completed on my car. They informed me of what needed to be done and the total cost. I had visited a few other shops so I had all the information to make sure I was getting a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with my decision to have Mountain View Garage (MVG) perform the work. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not had any problems.

Thanks again to the great team at MVG. I received great service at a great price. I will be bringing all of my cars to your shop from now on.

Very nice people

My transmission had been leaking for years and no one could figure out what was causing it. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem as being a bad gasket (partly cork partly rubber). Even though it was OE it was still leaking. Kevin put on a heavy duty rubber gasket and the leak is gone. My driveway looks much better now.

Great customer service

I was referred to Mountain View Garage by a good friend and was happily surprised by the level of customer service I received. They not only stayed late to get my car in but dropped me off that night and picked me up the next day when it was done. They explained everything that needed to be done and then walked me into the shop under my car to see what needed to be done and why. A week later they called to make sure everything was still running properly and to ensure I was happy. I’ll definitely be going back here whenever I need auto repair. *laughing* Nancy is a firecracker!

Honest and Professional Service

I had both my cars worked on by Mtn. View and they provided excellent service. Reviewed an estimate that I had from another garage and found the work was not necessary.

Staff is friendly, professional and the shop is clean and well kept.

I vote for additional Star Availability.

Agreed, five has been decided upon as PERFECT. IMHO however, to limit this company to five stars is doing MVG a great disservice. This group of people…. the mechanics that actually dig into your baby… the front desk (hardest job…. give the bad news, wants lots of cash…). The owner… The owner is of such magnificent cut as to, unsolicited, take pictures of larger projects to send periodic emails, attempting to keep the client in the loop… help keep them feel like they are there… Somehow, the fact that Sean uses his very own cell phone (From which the quality is simply amazing) make the entire situation seem more personal.

A new engine. A painted engine and cleaned bay, long abused. New cat back. Eager to listen when a client admits to a potentially less expensive option (POTENTAILLY less expensive, after all these guy are, and they are THEE, professionals).

I have never had such an awesome consumer/service experience ever.. So where are those extra stars!

Great Personal Service!!!

My Hummer broke down and knew I was near the Mountain View shop. I called for assistance and they personally came down to see if we could get the vehicle started. The wiring harness at the battery terminal had completely disintegrated but we were able to boost the battery and drive it a very short distance to the shop. I called the Hummer dealership (on the other side of the city) and they wouldn’t guarantee the tow or replacement part unless I got the vehicle to them first. After further checking, the only replacement part was in Michigan. Rather than wait and argue with a dealership, I let Mountain View service my vehicle. They expedited shipment of the part, gave me a loaner vehicle and had my vehicle back in service the next business day. A battery terminal should not “disintegrate” after 3 years of regular quarterly service by the dealer ship. I’m sure they never looked at the connections during regular maintenance.

Mountain View Garage is a business that cares about the customer! Good bye dealerships!
